Meet Your Teacher Dr Tony Boutagy
Tony has a PhD in exercise and sports science from Charles Darwin University in Australia and is an Exercise Physiologist.
Over his 25 extensive years in the industry, he has conducted over 50,000 training sessions, written over 60,000 training programs and is regarded as one of the most respected, skilled personal trainers in Australia.
Tony has been involved in education for over 20 years, having held various educational positions at several universities in exercise science, physiotherapy and personal training.
His Internship programs have been running for over 15 years and he presented his approaches to training and nutrition every year at the country's largest fitness conference FILEX for 17 straight years.
Having written strength workouts for elite athletes in 24 different sports, Tony is actively involved in strength & conditioning and providing educational seminars & resources for allied health professionals.
