In this face-to-face course, Dr. Boutagy will show you how to easily identify signs of weakness and imbalances in these areas – both by using your eyes during common exercises and with targeted assessments, the most effective exercises to isolate and strengthen them and how these special exercises should be optimally incorporated into existing workouts without having clients regress or lose hard earned strength and muscle gains.
