It's not your first day in the gym...
You are totally committed to your training. If you aren't a personal trainer, you probably could be. You are thirsty for a deeper understanding on optimising your body composition. What's the best way? And more importantly - WHY?
Your progress has halted...
You want more muscle. Less body fat. But you feel that you are already training and dieting so hard. There's not much left in the tank for your other commitments let alone MORE training and less food.
The advice is so conflicting
There are so many different views on how to train and how to eat. You aren't sure which one is correct. What used to work isn't working anymore. What worked for your friend is not necessarily working for you...
Fat Loss Fundamentals will teach you both the science and practice for improving body composition.
Each module is divided into two sections: the first is educational and will cover a theoretical component based on the most current science. This is specifically designed to explain how we know what we know and why we do things the way we do. In this way, we can cut through the confusion, false information and strong but biased opinions that pervade the fat loss industry.
The second part will outline two strength body comp workouts and two HIIT workouts, providing a year’s worth of program templates by the completion of the course.Click Here For The Course Schedule
